A Colouful Twist!
Fresh and colourful, Yellow Capsicum can be used raw in salads, marinated and mixed into pasta, cooked and served with rice delicacies. They are mainly used in stir-fries or other mixed recipes. They can be divided into strips and fried, roasted whole or in bits, or chopped and combined into salsas or other sauces.
