How to Cook

Step 1: Defrost

• Remove from freezer
• Thaw in refrigerator for 6–8 hours or under running water (sealed pack)

• Cook until browned and fully done

Step 3: Oven Option

• Preheat oven to 180°C
• Place steak on tray
• Cook for 12–16 minutes (flip once halfway)
